The process of buying your first home can be an overwhelming and stressful time, but not if you have somebody as wonderful as Donna Warfield as your agent. My fiancé and I went into this process about as clueless as you can be, having only rented up until this point, so needless to say we were both very excited but also very nervous. Donna made all those first time jitters just disappear.
For us having no prior experience in this process, Donna was there to guide us every step of the way. From having so much knowledge in her field she was able to answer any question we might have, from the point of just searching for the home up until the final closing day, she was always there for us. It didn't matter how big or small the question was, she was always there to give us the answers we needed along with reassurance everything was going to work out in the end.
She never let us lose hope that our dream home was just out there waiting for us and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that dream came true for us. She was determined to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, even when we finally found the home we wanted she stayed on top of everything until the very end to make sure we met our closing date and had all the necessary paperwork/inspections to move forward. Her fierceness, determination, and passion are the reasons we are in our home today.
Overall if this is your first time buying a home, selling a home, or just looking for a new agent because your last one didn't meet your needs, look no further because Donna is simply the best there is. My fiancé and I feel so lucky to have had her during this whole process and will always recommend her to anyone ever in the housing market. The 5 star rating isn't enough to show how truely awesome she is and if we could give her a million stars we would everytime!
